To qualify participants must fill out the Online Survey completely and provide e-mail address contact information to be used in case they are awarded a gift certificate.
This award is restricted to one survey participant per household, email and/or IP address. Addressees will be assigned to award pools of thirty in the order their survey is received, according to date and time. Winners will be selected from each pool of thirty by computerized random number generation.
All e-mail addresses obtained by Pro10 Originals will be held in confidence and will not be resold for any reason. We do not sell or lease customer information.
All survey participants will receive occasional e-mail notices of product purchase opportunities for Pro10 products at which time recipients may choose to opt-out of any future e-mailings.
